The Crafty Pickle Co. 〰️

The Crafty Pickle Co. are a small business based in Wales, who create fermented products such as sauerkraut and kimchi. They also offer learning opportunities both online and in person to educate others in the art of fermentation.

Preventing food waste is a massive part of their ethos, and therefore everything they do is with this goal in mind - from empowering others to create quality tasting ferments at home, to working with charities like FareShare to rescue as much food as possible when creating their products.

Continuing to be a part of this beautiful business is a privilege, and a pleasure.

As an employee of The Craft Pickle Co. since 2022, I have been entrusted with a variety of projects outside of the kitchen. These roles include: creating their newsletter on a bi-monthly basis; creating social media posts, and writing blogs, and taking on the odd creative project such as creating a reusable stamp of their logo, and repurposing scrap wood to create unique shelving for their market stall.
